Compassion Sunday
Compassion Sunday – May 4th we will celebrate Compassion Sunday. We will hear about the amazing opportunity we have through Compassion International to release children from the ravages of generational poverty and give them hope and a future. Nearly 385 million children worldwide live in extreme poverty, subsisting on household incomes of less than $1.90 per day. By sponsoring a child, you would be partnering with a church in the child’s community, giving children the opportunity to hear the gospel, receive an education, food and medical care and enabling them to become productive members of society. Please pray about how God might lead you to become involved in changing the future of a child and his or her family. Child packets will be available on May 4th and 11
