Kathie Carlson

Kathie Carlson serves with Paraclete Mission Group, coming alongside ministries to bring emotional, relational, and spiritual health to missionaries and ministry leaders. Her work includes developing transformational discipleship processes and facilitating organizational leadership health and clarity. She has over 25 years of work and ministry experience, serving ministry organizations as a speaker and trainer, and providing personal counseling to Christian leaders. Kathie has worked with ministries and multicultural teams in Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East as an instructional designer, learning strategies facilitator, and member care provider, supporting church leaders and missionaries in physically, spiritually, and emotionally isolated contexts. Her passion is to see God’s people thrive in the callings the Lord places on their hearts and lives, and to see believers truly transformed in God’s love.
